Hi there! I’m looking for someone to take over my room for Spring 2026 (dates are flexible). The apartment is at 175 College Ave in a great spot—only a 5-minute walk from Tisch Library and 7 minutes from the Joyce Cummings Center, right by the football field. Davis Square is also nearby, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, cafés, and easy access to the Red Line. There’s also a bus stop right outside the house, so transportation couldn’t be easier. You’d be living with three girls who are super friendly, respectful, and easy to get along with. The apartment has one bathroom, a cozy living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer, and ice maker. The bedroom has a closet and great natural lighting.
