Spring Sublease - One street off campus, newly renovated

Hello! We are looking for a female housemate for spring semester 2026. This super cute 4 bed, 2 bath unit is only one street off the Tufts campus! It is just down the street from the Tsungming Tu Complex, a 5 min walk to the Green Line, an 8 min walk to Davis Square, and a 2 minute walk to Memorial Steps, Granoff/Aidekman, and the track/football field. It has a brand new living room, kitchen, and bathroom which were just remodeled this summer (and will be fully furnished by the spring). The bedroom available for sublease is spacious and gets a lot of natural light from the charming front windows.
