Spacious Bedroom in Newly Renovated House

Fully furnished and spacious bedroom in a newly renovated house that is less than ten minutes from Tufts University by foot. The bedroom will have all furniture pictured, including a bed and frame, 5ft desk, desk chair, matching dresser and nightstand, air conditioner, and a built-in closet. Located on the second floor of the building, which has a total of four bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, in-unit laundry (machines bought new in September), a full bathroom, and a back porch. There is also a backyard and driveway. The room will be available in the spring semester and potentially the summer as well (dates negotiable). Current housemates are very clean and considerate, and one may have a cat so it would be preferable if you were comfortable with that.
